Yet another variation of Flyknit. This time, the Flynit upper features high-tenacity yarn that expands its pontentiol to
a whole another level. By making this upper super soft for your foot due to 100% Flyknit, while implemented yarn adds ton of support & containment in the most needed areas. Hands down, one of the best if not the best Flyknit setup of all time. Feels like you mum‘s hug before going to bed.
And of course, how Jordan brand‘s main sneaker line without leather accents. It‘s just impossible. It‘s written in this brand‘s DNA.
The whole back area and these wings near the ankle collar are covered in premium leather which immediately changes the whole look of the shoe by adding some old school flavor to it.
Flight Speed made its way on the AJ 32‘s and it‘s better than ever, trust me. Last year on the AJ 31 we received the full-length ZOOM Air setup which despite protruded Air units causing instability issue under the foot, did perform really solid.
This time around, Jordan brand fixed all the issue with the full-length Zoom setup by implementing two segmented ZOOM Air units in the heel and forefoot area. Yeah, we did receive this kind of setup before on many different Jordan sneakers, but implementation of these ZOOM units is what makes this setup so well-rounded.
The forefoot unit is UNLOCKED. That means there’s no midsole above the ZOOM unit which makes the forefoot way more responsive for our guards out there. While the heel unit is bottom loaded absorbing ton of impact protection after hard landings – oh man it does feel good.
On top of all that, there’s a stability plate emplaced between the midsole and your foot to achieve perfect stability with that unlocked ZOOM unit in the forefoot.
FINALLY! The struggle that we had for two consecutive years has finally reached the end. Oh man… They got it good this time.
Clean courts – just forget about them. Lace them up and then do what you got to do. Stopping power, move coverage is INSANE. As I like to say, STRIGHT UP GLUE.
Now on those dirty ass courts it’s pretty much the same drill, man. Just make sure to wipe them outsoles a few times and you back in the business. So dust isn’t really a problem for them due to pretty roomy herring bone pattern which does keep dust from sticking on.
Hey, I got some more awesome news for you guys. The rubber compound feels quite a bit tackier than on the AJ 31, making the 32’s one hell of an option for outdoors if EUR200 isn’t a problem for you to spend on an outdoor hoop sneaker.
From the get go, they do feel a bit snug in the forefoot area. But after giving them a good spin, the Flyknit formed to my foot nicely, giving me one of the best fits of all time. That’s the second “of all time”. Damn, Jordan brand.
The pure Flyknit upper does feel incredibly comfortable once broken in – pretty soft around the midfoot/toe area but at the same time really contained due to thicker Flyknit yarn. So you’re getting ton of foot containment, without giving up softness & sock like fit.
In terms of the actual fit, I recommend going true to size for everyone. I’m more of a wide footer and going true to size was a perfect choice, so go ahead and do that as well.
One more thing before moving on. I just can’t keep going further without telling about this sick padding in the ankle area. Oh baby… It does feel like small pillows for your ankles.
Yet again another area where the AJ 32’s are killing. As I already said, the Flyknit itself contains and keeps your foot from wobbling in the toe section. While high-sculpted midsole in the midfoot secures your foot from rolling over the footbed when doing quick moves or other crazy stuff.
To addition, there’re two, internal and external heel counters for make sure you heel doesn’t go anywhere – pretty serious stuff right there. Jordan brand doesn’t playing around this time.
I’m not done yet. Under the foot, we have a pretty beastly outrigger, a support plate that I was talking about in CUSHION section AND to make sure everything is completely stable – they placed a carbon fiber torsional plate. Ok, I’m done now.
It’s pleasure to see Jordan brand really trying to make a near perfect performer for all of us out there this time. I mean, it’s that rare occasion when I really don’t have to say anything negative about the shoe. Of course, I can definitely find a few nitpicks here or there but I don’t want that because I really enjoyed playing them. Nothing is perfect.
Conclusion – if you have enough finances and you’re looking for well-balanced beastly performer or maybe just adding a brand new pair to you rotation, the Air Jordan XXXII is the way to go. That’s all I can say.
